“Everytime I increase the volume , the device automatically puts the volume back to zero . How can I keep the volume at the set number that I designate ?”

The Bluetooth FM transmitter has its own volume adjustment. Once you've paired and connected your phone to the Bluetooth FM transmitter and are streaming Bluetooth audio (music), you can turn and hold the Multifunction knob/dial on the face of the transmitter to the right (clockwise). This will ensure the transmitter's volume is turned up all the way. The loudest volume setting on the transmitter is 30 and you should see "V30" on the display of the transmitter. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The volume on the device is on the wheel at the top. Make sure nothing is rubbing against it. If it continues on the actual device as opposed to the radio or phone settings I’d return it for manufacture defect
