Will it fit 2005 uplander null

Sure if you cut the dash up, and the kit completely up it works fine, only the outer ring and 2 screws were utilized. So yes it will work, no its not for this uplander van at all. Doesnt even list it on the brochure

That I don't know. I purchased it for my company work van. The best thing to do is to call Best Buy and as to speak with one of their auto tech professionals. The can look up the type and year of your vehicle to confirm what will fit your vehicle.
