“Can you use this with a cell phone case. Can it be used on any surface and can it be moved from surface to surface or do you stick it once”

• You can use it with a case. I have an iPhone 7 Plus with a LifeProof case and it works fine. I don’t know about ANY surface, but smooth surfaces are fine and you can move it over and over as long as you keep the suction pad clean.

• It can be moved from place to place and sticks to most hard smooth surfaces easily. I have an Urban Armor Gear Case and this works great.
