A:AnswerYes, it can mount to a windshield. I tried mounting to my dash but the suction cup system didnt like my dash material. It vibrates pretty bad on the glass tho.
A:AnswerYou can use it with a case. I have an iPhone 7 Plus with a LifeProof case and it works fine. I don’t know about ANY surface, but smooth surfaces are fine and you can move it over and over as long as you keep the suction pad clean.
