• A little work. That's why I replaced my plates. It was hard to remove from my phone case, which broke, magnet was still in place. I used a q-tip with alcohol. It's like a double sticky tape.

• Not really. These stick VERY WELL. You’ll need a bitter knife or something else kinda sharp to remove, and do not intend to reuse, because it will be all bendy and ruined. That’s why they have the replacements at low cost.

• The adhesive is necessarily strong; however, I've removed others with similar adhesive. Alcohol removes residual.
