Needs 3 bars of charge so down charge a lot. It does come with a cigarette plug to charge while driving and can be charged with a usb and standard wall plug
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it can be charged with a car AC adapter or a USB adapter. I would imagine that it can start a car with a 30% to 40% charge. I don't have experience to prove it but I am very confident about that statement.
