To elaborate on my previous answer, it seems Best Buy makes stock available for delivery multiple times a day (not just in the morning). I've noticed it return twice, each time around the hour mark.

It seems they put limited stock up in the early morning (I noticed it after 1AM CST). It seems to be a very small amount because the first time I tried to buy it I got a message part-way through that it was no longer available for delivery. I tried again the next day at around the same time and this time it succeeded. The item page though was back to saying delivery was "Not available for this item" when I looked at it again so I just barely got my copy.
