• No. The HDHomeRun SCRIBE is designed for Over the Air TV, not cable television. Regarding the other community answer: any device that will work with a Recast will also work with an HDHomeRun. The Recast only works with other Amazon devices, and HDHomeRun also works with all Amazon devices. • I sincerely doubt it. I found out the hard way that this is only to record & stream to any device EXCEPT my TV! Geek Squad will come back with the Recast DVR that WILL allow me to record & see it on my living room TV!
