I installed this drive in an Intel NUC where space is at a premium and had no issues. Drive dimensions are pretty much standard across the industry , so this drive should fit in any laptop. Only critical dimension to check is the thickness if you have an ultra-thin laptop.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Laptops use 2.5 inch hard drives. Very few laptops use 1.8 inch hard drives desktops will use any hard drive since they'll fit but 3.5 inch hard drives are only for desktops.

So I was watching youtube that make sure where is old hard drive is. After I was replace the old hard drive, I was try to install the Windows 7 but bios doesn't recongizes my DVD-RW Rom so I asked my friend that research the google to find out the problems. Right now I like my notebook. When tried to upgrade the hard drive I recommend that watch youtube or search the google.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This hard drive does not go INSIDE your laptop. It would be plugged in just like a mouse. But as long as you have a free USB2 or USB3 (has blue in the plug) then- yes it will work just fine. If you don't have USB.3, then the speed accessing it would be slower than it could be.
