• Yes, if it has a 2.5" or a 3.5" this is the drive for you. 3.5" desktops may require a mounting bracket to be used with this hard drive as it only can be mounted in 2.5" bays.

• Most probably will, Yes, and this drive comes with a 9.5mm to 12mm spacer if your drive is still a "thick" 12mm drive. If you will not be installing OS from scratch, EaseUS ToDo workstation trial has worked for my cloning needs multiple times with easy to follow instructions, you will need a SATA power/data to USB cable. remember to install cloning software to PC and clone to new drive before physically changing drive.
