• Thats not how bestbuy works, if you have the product withing your return window you can return and exchange for bigger one, otherwise you are stuck and have to buy 2tb without exchanging

• Trade—in value are very low. I had friend that owns Xbox Series X and sold my 1TB $150 to him. He knew retail price is $229 so he saw value in getting it. I recommend asking friends.
