A:AnswerYes it will work fine for that purpose. I use a Seagate 1 Terabyte external hard drive exactly like that. But I could also use my 4 Terabyte Seagate external hard drive the same way.
A:AnswerI thins so. You’re instruction manual for the I6 should tell you. The PS4 actually has the option to add an outside memory such as the sea gate in settings.
A:AnswerNot sure haven’t used it on a router for a server but usually you can but router has to be setup for it but for the PC it might be manual I have a Mac so not sure either
A:AnswerI don't know if it is dish compatible or not but, it will probably work if the dish router, converter or box has a usb port.

A:AnswerSadly no. Your DVR will not let you record anything directly from it. I do have a recommendation. There is an app you can get that will let you record almost anything on TV, including Netflix and Amazon Video. It's called Playon and I highly value it. There is a free version, but if you buy the inexpensive upgrade, you will be able to record anything without commercials. It's one of my best purchases.
A:AnswerI assume it would work fine. I work with Adobe Premiere Pro projects, good sized intensive projects, and don't have any slowness problems with the hd.
