“It says Mac 10.6 and up it doesn't say 10.4 will it work with 10.4?”

• That may be just referring to the software Seagate bundles on their drive. The drive should work with 10.4 no prob. I would just use Disk Utility to format the drive for Mac; ignore their software!! (BTW...why not upgrade to 10.6? 10.4 is ancient!)

• It should work, being that it's simply a hard drive.
