Unplug the drive during boot-up. (Or disable the option to boot from USB) Your computer is trying to boot from it.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Did you install the Seagate software that came with the drive? It places drive information on your hard drive that you can use as a back-up. I've had zero problems with these drives. I own two.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Have you tried to unplug the devices until the computer boots up? It could be a boot order setting in your BIOS. The computer may be trying to boot to the external drive.
