• Prolly a bit late but this works perfect with Xbox one.

• I cannot directly answer using the drive for Game/App storage but it should work as it is USB 3.0 (required to play games). I left my drive formatted NTFS and have been using it to store movies and the Xbox recognizes it just fine.
