• You sure can. You will just need to manually copy over your documents, music, movies, etc. from your profile folder to the USB drive, and then manually copy these over into their respective folders (again, manually) on your Windows 8.1 computer.

• Yes it should work the drive is supposed to work with XP,Vista, Windows 7 and 8.

• As long as the Windows XP computer has a USB 2.0 port, the answer is yes. Just plug in and go.

• Just follow the install directions to get your dashboard on both computers. Its super easy when going from PC to PC

• Yes, this will work with Windows 8.1. However, I recommend moving away from using a crummy OS like Windows and moving to Linux. This product also works with Linux.
