• Documentation on Seagate Site shows drive is compatible with Mac OS® X 10.7 or higher or Windows® 8, Windows 7 operating system. However review at CNET https://www.cnet.com/products/seagate-backup-plus-slim/ indicates they do work with XP. I have not tested XP myself so use this information at your own risk.
