As long as the laptop has working USB port(s) available, should be fine to use it...
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Depends what 'support' means. If you just want to plug it in the USB as a backup device, yes it does and comes with backup software. No extra drivers are needed for Win 10, because it is a USB device. However, you will need USB 3 capable hardware (depending on you model, not all ports on the laptop may be USB3 capable) to take full advantage, or it will revert to USB 2 speeds. If you want to use it as a mirror disk with extended partition and then put the drive back into you laptop, you need to compare the drive specs including physical attributes. I'd rather go for a compatible SSD in that scenario.
