• It /should/ be. You'll just have to format it. XBOX 360 won't gain any advantage of USB 3.0, though, so maybe find a cheaper USB 2.0 drive. Though if you eventually get an Xbox One, then this drive will run at full speed, so you want to buy it so you can be "upgrade ready".
