Does it work with Acer nitro 5 gtx 1650? null

I'm not sure what you are going to do, but you'll need 12volts to power the HDD (all 3.5 HD's are 12volts, 2.5 HD's are 5 volts, Laptops only have 5volts, & only a 2.5 HD will physically fit. If you're going to use the HD externally, you need an enclosure for it, and a USB 3 cable to connect it.

It should as long as you install the drive once you plug it in and boot the system. I built my computer with MSI components so should work.
