• It sure will! The size of this drive is a little slimmer than the average but if will fit in you hard drive caddy when you install it.

• If it has a sata port and space inside, then yes, other wise it will still work but you would need to get a sata to usb cable and you would have to leave it out. Also opening the laptop to put the drive in or checking if it can accept the drive may damage the laptop and/or void the manufacturers warranty, so please do so at your own risk, no one is responsible for anything that may go wrong.
