Q: QuestionWill this work on an HP Envy 700-214
Asked by Bob.
- A:Answer I can't say for every model, but it is a standard drive and should work with most modern systems running Windows 10/11. If system is older than say 4 years old, or purchased used, check that you have a free socket on the motherboard. Check your system Bios and operating system for any disk size limitations. You can easily check online using your full desktop PC model type specifications for any hard drive size limitations before you buy.

Q: QuestionWill this work in a HP Pavilion Desktop Model p7-1510?
Asked by Rog.
- A:Answer Yes, it will work. P7 1151 mainboards have 4 sata ports. However the Seagate does not include a sata cable. If your using it as a primary you will need an OS. It will succeed the internal drive in write and read, 0.5 Tb additional space as a replacement over the 1.5Tb OEM. In comparison the western digital blue 2TB competitor similar price is a 5400 rpm drive and the Seagate clearly wins at 7200rpm.
