• This is NOT a NAS drive. It is a USB drive designed to plug directly into a PC (or MAC).

• It's the HDD Seagate sells as. Seagate Archive. It's SMR not NAS

• The device in itself is not a NAS and contains standard drive (not sure which specifically), not necessarily one designed for NAS. Any drive can be used as a NAS drive, though.
