Yes it does. I use it on my ps4 slim

It uses the same USB slots as the controller charger. So if you have at least 1 slot open then it will work just fine.

It plugs in one of the standard 3.0 USB slots ( same as the controller ) so as long as you have 1 free space then you're set.
