• This is a portable hard drive so it is intended to be able to be removed and plugged into different consoles with all your games and saved data still intact. I've never tested this myself but I believe you should be fine just ejecting it from your current console and plugging it into the new one. Hope this helps.

• Yes. Just make sure the xbox is off before you unplug it. The games and saved data installed will remain on the portable harddrive.
