Go to Settings > All Settings >System >Storage>Manage Storage>Select Hard Drive on system and click Manage>Click Game or Video you want to manage>Highlight and select move all to new drive. That should solve the issue but if the video clips are too small you won't notice a significant difference in drive size till enough is moved over.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Your best bet would be to actually move your games to the external hard drive, as the external runs at the same time as your Xbox One. Since your games are between 30 GB and 100 GB, those would be the better choice to move.
