• I'm not 100% sure but possibly paying for the "xbox green" color scheme as well as the xbox logo in the corner.

• The size and probably access speed of the HD, that's all. I'd imagine that the Xbox Green 4TB HD will access data faster than the Slim because the Slim is focused on backing-up data and not constantly accessing it. You will have to format the Slim HD by the Xbox when you first use it.
