• Yes. Loaded Win10 fine. Also used it as a boot drive in an external enclosure running Win 10 - no issues. Runs quiet, no heat issues after hours of use. Go for it

• Yes it is. Let WIN10 do the install and manage the drive for you when you do the install and it will actually be pretty quick.
