• Before you can start it, you have to download the Segway app and activate it with your phone. It can be starred by someone else but you can track it through the app on your phone

• The Segway E2 Pro can be secured so that only you can turn it on. By default, anyone could power it up, but you can set a passcode lock and use the Segway app’s Guard Mode to prevent unauthorized use
