• This is a class 2 e-bike you don't need to register with DMV, but to your question; no it does not come with a "Certificate of Origin" in the US market, it does however in China

• It comes with Limited Warranty Guide and User Manual Document. Manufacturer's certificate of origin is not produced by Segway INC.
