- Answer Are You thinking about E200P One? No C80 only had one battery, plus a tiny CMOS battery just like in a computer system board

QuestionHi, I'm curious if it is light enough to be picked up a few stairs for indoor (apartment) storage. Leaving it on the street isn't really an option for me and I do not have a garage.

- Answer The eMoped is approximately 88lbs to 110 lbs. This weight is not advisable to be carried by 1 person. We would always suggest to use ramps when climbing higher levels!

- Answer Changing the brake on the eMoped C80 is a complicated task. The options would be to bring it on any authorized service centres or Bike shops. If you are comfortable installing a new drum brake, we would be more than happy to walk you through when you contact our technical support which is of course open daily from 5:30AM to 5PM!

QuestionI have seen eMoped C80 with and without side bike pedals. Does it come with bike pedals or is this an accessory? I did LIVE Chat with Segway service and they didn't know and sent me a diagram of included items, but the bike pedals were not in the list.

- Answer On the C80 there are riding pedals on both side, a foot rest that pop out in front of the pedals, also there is an add-on passenger foot rest to the back of the pedals that you can install, it came with the backseat package that you can buy from eBay

- Answer Bringing to a Bike shop or Servicing from an Authorized service centre are both feasible options to replace worn out or broken parts.

QuestionI'm a bit worried about leaving this outside if I use it to go to a store or shopping. I know it has some security features, but I don't trust that 100 percent. Is there a way to lock this up as well (chain or lock)? Or that won't work?

- Answer For the C80, the best security feature aside from Alarm and locking the motor (you won't be able to push it) would be the GPS function or yes, if you want, you can chain it.

- Answer All Segway units are only designated and designed to be charged using its own charger. Even if you have the same voltage and plug or adapter, we still do not recommend chargers that are not specifically designed by Segway.

QuestionI can only make it to step 2 of the Riding Guide on the app. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but the same thing keeps happening. How do i fix this? I would like to be able to finish the tutorial and go the full 20 mph on my emoped.

- Answer Hello. Once you receive your moped make sure to download the Segway app so you can connect with Bluetooth and follow the quick safety guide. Once completed this will give you full access to your moped
