It is recommended to use in a relatively closed road environment (such as inside the community, parks, special venues, etc.)

You can drive it anywhere, just make sure it’s not in a busy area otherwise you will collide with pedestrians/cars.

Only on privare property...public streets are a nono. Maybe a mall parking lot or a community college parking lot. Seems like a waste of money.
