I can ride the scooter if there’s is raining null

Maybe light rain, but that’s probably not a good idea either. Here’s some info I found: “The Segway ES2 has the IP54 waterproof rating. Meaning it can withstand water splashes from all directions. However, make sure you do not submerge it underwater or leave in rain.”

Yes - they are water proof.
