A:Answer CCs (Cubic Centimeters) are used to describe the size of a sit down scooter with a gasoline powered motor. Those are always going to be sit style scooters, never stand style. Most municipalities require the driver or any motor vehicle 50CCs and above, to have a motorcycle license. As this is an electric scooter the CCs won't apply and if there was some sort of direct comparison, the electric motor on this scooter would be well under 50CCs, my guess would be sub 10. Seeing this is a standup scooter, not a sit down, I don't think the law would even apply.
