This is not a sengled setting, but rather an Alexa setting. Go in your Alexa app, choose your Amazon device that you talk to for controlling the lights, Go to settings and turn off ultrasound motion detection

It is not motion activated, sounds like you may have a routine running on your Alexa. Go into your Alexa App and look at Routines.

That does not seem possible. These bulbs are not motion-sensitive.
