• Yes. Enable the Sengled skill on the Alexa app and any echo device will operate them you don't need a special plug. You will need the Sengled app initially to set up the bulbs but after that initial set up (and enabling the Alexa skill on the alexa app) you can do everything with your voice. ("Turn on, make blue, turn off" and so on)
