“Has anyone tried using this as an active loudspeaker for music? I have a Bricasti M3 external DAC and a tube preamp. Has anyone tried streaming Tidal through Roon via an external DAC/Pre and running RCA out from pre into the soundbar?”

I tried connecting a Sony CD ES multi disc player via it's optical output to the optical input of the Soundbar. After a few minutes, the Soundbar would turn off. Maybe if you use an HDMI connection it would work, or maybe my unit is defective. I wrote 2 reviews for this unit.
