Yes the LG CX can connect via eARC to the AMBEO and output Dolby Digital, Digital Plus, True HD, and Atmos along with other formats. Be sure to use the designated eArc HDMI ports on the AMBEO and CX with the HDMI included with the AMBEO (or HDMI 2.1 eARC capable cord if you need to purchase a longer length). The CX remote can also control the AMBEO power and volume via eARC but the AMBEO app or remote will be required to switch between preset sound profiles (movie, music, sports, news, etc).

When i tried to change my LG CX to vivid mode or standard or any other mode my screen ended up dark and ugly! I could Hardly see my X BOX ONE X menu! Maybe i didnt know exactly what i was doing but this thing was a piece of junk! I took it back 2 DAYS LATER!!
