My wife uses these at the gym and has never had an issue. She does a lot of HIIT training so sweats a lot.

They do not give an IP rating for these headphones which tells me you're taking a risk if you are one who sweats a lot, Due to Covid I have not been in the gym, but honestly I feel these things will withstand any wearing at the gym. In summery, if it's a big concern to you, don't attempt it, but if you feel it's worth a try, I feel there's a good chance you may not have any problems. I will try mine at the gym as soon as I am vaccinated.
