• Yes, these ear buds are compatible to android software cell phones and do not show any problems with reception or playback. I prefer them over any other earbud or earphone I have for size and sound quality.

• Yes they are. You can pair them to one cell phone at a time. If they are paired with more than one cell device you need to turn off the cell phone you are not using.
