No, they are not. They are basically the same as the Sennheiser - MOMENTUM True Wireless 2, just without the active noise cancellation and transparent hearing mode. They’re also $100 dollars cheaper, so you have to decide whether those other two features are worth the price difference or not.

Now they are $99.99 But they sound quality is incredible for that price. They even beat the B&O $350.99 earbuds!
