If you're looking for a bluetooth devices that does an excellent job at nearly eliminating all external sound, look at the Sennheiser Presence. However, this is a mono device, because it goes in only one ear. If you get the Sennheiser Presence, I would recommend purchasing the headband, which makes this very comfortable to wear. And if you get the headband, then also buy the charging stand.

Please try again later.Yes they can because the receiver in the earbud is sensitive and will pick up and play other noises along with your voices, dishes, dogs, other voices, eating are all experiences I have had. This does not stop me from using them as my preferred headset over Bose or other brands.

Please try again later.I do not get the feedback in my ear but these earbuds are pretty sensitive and if you are making noise it will be picked up and distributed to others on the chat. So any noises of a unique nature will be heard like washing dishes, barking dogs, conversations in the same space you are in. These earbuds are not designed to block those signals out of the voice relay.
