• I have had no issues with latency in my time using them (probably about 60+ hours at this point.) If you do begin to have issues with latency, make sure you are not too far from the device they are connected to. Turning off Bluetooth and turning back on, or even power cycling your device usually will fix any issues if they ever come up but again, I have had no issues.

• Yes, there is a delay like most other bluetooth earbuds.
