“I tried connecting the cable to the TV and was not getting any sound from the headphones. Do the headphones still need to be charged? I tried the volume control on the headphones and can't figure out how to use the button.”

• If connected via cable, the cable needs to be plugged into the audio out/headphones port of the TV. Ensure that the battery is charged and the headphones are on.

• Yes the headphones are Bluetooth and they have to be charged.
