There is a known issue with the charge box. After awhile it will stop charging your buds. The same has happened to mine. I can't find where you can order just a charge box. Nor have I found where the company will replace it. Very deceptive on their part, since the issue was identified a long time ago. So all those review that are just a month or three old, don't really count for anything. Only the ones a year or two ago tell the truth.

With three full charges in case before needing to plug back in. The light on the case stays on as long as my case remains open, but goes off when closed. i wonder if there is a defect in yours?
