A:Answer There is a known issue with the charge box. After awhile it will stop charging your buds. The same has happened to mine. I can't find where you can order just a charge box. Nor have I found where the company will replace it. Very deceptive on their part, since the issue was identified a long time ago. So all those review that are just a month or three old, don't really count for anything. Only the ones a year or two ago tell the truth.
