- Answer I've used them on airplanes and they work for noise cancelling and connecting (via cable) to inflight entertainment. Unfortunately, the bluetooth connection constantly drops and it's more frustrating than it's worth.

- Answer I also wear behind the ear hearing aids, I have not noticed any distortion when I have used with my hearing aids. Because they fit comfortably over your ears and they foam is soft, it really does not interfere with my hearing aids.

- Answer No app for the PC. I have connected through my phone and the computer at the same time and that has switched up the codec to a nicer sound. But really the way to go is an AptX receiver with direct line to it from the computer to deliver the best quality sound to the headset.
