Yes and to your computer or phone.

It connected successfully to a Philips TV but after a few weeks the connection failed and I was unable to restore it with repeated attempts and all the efforts (resetting the headphones through the button and with the app).

Of course, you’ll also need to understand that process from the perspective of your headphones. So, consult that manual, as well, to get things accomplished. If you don’t have manuals for both handy they are easy enough to find online via a Google or Bing search.

Yeah, only if your tv supports Bluetooth connectivity. However they will sometimes connect automatically when tv is on so that could disrupt anything else you could be doing.
