- Answer Thank you for your question. All Sennheiser headphones are engineered in Germany, but we manufacture our headphones in Germany, Ireland, and China. The HD598 headphone drivers are made in Germany and the headphone are manufactured in China.

- Answer The HD-598s are backordered but are well worth the wait. HD 558 a step-down while HD 600s double the price Phenomenal sound, outstanding imaging and super-wide soundstage make this one of the top buys. Your ears will thank you.
