• I have checked 2 local stores and did not see these at either. I didn't even see a Sennheiser section....only Sony, Beats, etc...the more mainstream stuff.

• Few stores actually carry them. I waited until it was in stock as it was a significant purchase and wanted to ensure the fit/comfort level was right. I would suggest checking the site for stores in your area as it took mine 4 months to get them in stock. FYI - Sennheiser's own site has had them out of stock for a few months now.

• Possibly, depends on your location. I purchased them locally in my GA store and they had a model on display. You can check stock below "Add to Cart" on the item page or choose Store Pickup during the checkout process.
